Duct cleaning robot for demanding duct and pipe cleaning
The duct cleaning robot self-navigates in round ducts and moves through rectangular horizontal and vertical ducts, negotiates bends and takes cleaning where conventional methods reach their limits
Clean demanding ducts more efficiently
Horizontal, vertical and through multiple bends – without constant operator steering

One robotic platform, multiple applications

Cleaning performance
Effective cleaning performance especially in demanding applications. Cleaning results can be verified with recorded video footage.
100% customer satisfaction with cleaning results.
Technical capability
An advanced robotic system designed to move over screws, joints and other small obstacles inside ductwork without unnecessary risk of getting stuck.
Versatility
The duct cleaning robot can be operated fully automatically or semi-automatically depending on the application.
Easy operation
The robot self-navigates in round ducts. The operator can monitor the cleaning process on a large 21-inch display and adjust the required parameters. In rectangular ducts, straightforward steering makes it easier to clean the full duct surface.
Real-time monitoring
Four Full HD cameras provide real-time visibility on the 21-inch display. The operator can view one camera feed or all four simultaneously for precise operation and clear verification of the cleaning result.
Attractive payback period
The pricing has been designed to provide customers with a clear and attractive return on investment.
No secondary waste
During dry ice cleaning, carbon dioxide sublimates into gas. No secondary waste such as chemical or water-based cleaning residue is produced.
Surface disinfection
Dry ice blasting at approximately −78 °C provides an effective method for disinfection and odour removal, helping remove mould, organic growth, bacteria and odour-causing contaminants.
Lightweight and easy to handle
The robot weighs approximately 6–12 kg depending on the configuration, making it easy to lift, handle and install in the ductwork. Watch the video
The transport cases weigh approximately 16–22 kg and can be moved easily using their integrated wheels. Watch the video
Tested in demanding duct cleaning applications
Easy to operate in both horizontal and vertical ducts
Less steering, easier operation
